At 3:45am early Sunday the 18th, a team won!

about

A group of members in Technology House created a series of puzzles. Teams of up to four can compete in solving these puzzles on Saturday, February 17th starting at 1pm. The purpose of Puzzle Day is to provide an interesting and perhaps intellectually stimulating event for members of the Brown community.

registration

We would like everyone to register before 2pm on Saturday, Feb 17th or simply come by Techhouse before 1pm. You may sign up in groups of up to four, or individually. Please e-mail your name, preferred e-mail, and phone number to mdp@techhouse.org . If you register as a group, please designate one main e-mail address for updates during the event. If you would like to work with others and are registering individually, we encourage you to come to Technology House by 12:45pm on Saturday so that we may place you in a group.

information

There will be eight initial puzzles as well as a meta-puzzle involving the answers of the first eight puzzles. These puzzles range in difficulty and style. Each puzzle solution is a simple word or two, and teams may call in their answers to TH headquarters (will be listed during the event). The final solution will involve retrieving a physical object and bringing it to TH headquarters, otherwise known as the Techhouse Library. The winning team will be treated to dinner (Meeting St. or Johnny Rockets) with the Puzzle coordinators. In addition, there will be a wrap-up session for everyone at the end of the event (time will be posted when a team wins).
