Demonstration 6. Non-Midpoint Polygons

This demo explores what happens if we use a point other than the midpoint of each edge to construct a "non-midpoint" polygon. Are the area ratios still constant for triangles and quadrilaterals? Do we still keep a constant area ratio by moving only one vertex of a regular pentagon? What else can we say about the parameter "t" and the area of the non-midpoint polygon?
