pine2csv.pl : converts a pine/mail address book to gmail-friendly .csv format, for that day when you finally join the 21st century and give up your text-based mail reader. Actually I haven't done this yet, but when I do, this script will be helpful. FYI there is another script out there, pine_addressbook_exporter, but I found that it didn't really produce a meaningful output file for my address book.
