Technology House is one of the newest specialty houses on Wriston Quad. Now in its fourth year, Brown University's Tech House is a group of undergraduate students living in Harkness House. We have come together through a common interest in computers, technology, and the sciences. Our members include concentrators in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Biochemistry, Economics, and Mathematics, as well as in Classics and Music.

Tech House is not an official Brown University student group or activity constituted by the Undergraduate Council of Students, but rather an alternative housing unit approved by the Office of Residential Life and the Residential Council. As a result, Tech House receives no funding from the university, its ideals need not necessarily reflect those of the univeristy or its student body,

We are located at the corner of Thayer and Charlesfield Streets, in the first three floors ofHarkness House. We run Linux on a computing server where these pages reside along with members' projects and user accounts. We are dedicated to the pursuit of member projects related to technology.
